I’m honored that Tell Me Your Secrets has received the Juror’s Award in the "Resilience" exhibition, currently on view at 6 Bridges Gallery in Maynard, MA.

Gratitude to juror Jamaal Eversley for selecting my work – his energy, insight, and commitment to the arts made the reception especially memorable.

This piece is a multi-layered mixed-media work constructed with dura-lar and plexiglass on aluminum composite. Materials include acrylic paint, ink, image transfers, graphite, colored pencil, aluminum foil, paper, vintage key, netting, and safety pins – objects chosen as much for their emotional resonance as their form.

Resilience runs through August 9th. I hope you find a moment to visit this wonderful show.
