How can I pay?

The shopping cart uses PayPal as the payment processor. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. You can also pay using your PayPal balance.

No account is necessary to pay through Paypal. Just click on the "Don't Have Paypal Account?" box on the lower right side of the screen after you click "Submit Order". This will take you to a form where you can fill in your credit card info.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number; PayPal informs me that you've paid and then I ship your order.

Do you charge sales tax?

A 6.25% tax will be charged to Massachusetts residents only.

What is your return policy?

It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, I will work with you to make it right, whether that be an exchange or refund. For more details, please see Store Policies.

When will I receive my order?

Typically, items ship within 5 business days, and are sent USPS Priority, fully insured. A tracking number will be provided. Since I am a one-person operation, there may be times when items will take longer to ship. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me prior to placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but international shipping rates need to be calculated on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact me before placing your order.

How will my order be packaged?

I take great care when preparing orders for shipment so that they will arrive safely and without damage. All prints and artwork are shipped flat and double boxed for extra protection. Additionally, prints are sealed in a clear archival sleeve and backed with an archival foam board.

Will the colors of my purchased art look exactly like the photographs on your website?

While I take great pains to match the color in the photographs to the actual artwork, computer monitors vary widely in their color accuracy.  If you are unhappy with the color, please contact me.

What is a Certificate of Authenticity?

Every piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, which is a signed document that verifies the art is an original created by me. It also gives details as to the creation date, materials, and care of the piece. With limited edition prints, information is given on the total number of prints, including artist proofs.

What is the best way to frame your pigment transfer prints?

Float mounting is the ideal way to frame the prints since it preserves the beauty of the deckled edge. The effect will be as if the print is hovering over the backing board. Your local framer should be familiar with this type of mounting. For maximum print life, frame under UV filtering glass using archival quality materials.
