Due to their handmade nature, colors, patterns, & shapes may vary slightly with each piece. Also keep in mind that monitors display color differently. The actual color my vary from that shown on your computer screen.
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or prepayment by personal check or money order. Credit cards will be charged just prior to shipping. Merchandise paid by check is held until the check has cleared the bank.
6.25% Sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped to Massachusetts.
Shipping and handling is $5.00 regardless of the number of items ordered.
All orders are sent via USPS. I will do my best to fill your order asap, but as I am a one person studio, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you need something in a hurry, do check with me as I may be able to ship sooner, if my schedule allows or the item is already in stock. Currently I only ship to addresses within the United States & Canada.
I will be happy to refund your money or exchange any item with which you are not completely satisfied. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition within 30 days. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping charges. I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item is insured. Prior to returning any items, please contact me via email or phone.
